1 pound leftover cooked ham, chopped
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 scallions, brunoise
¼ cup dill pickle brunoise
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 tablespoon chopped chives
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Place the chopped ham in a food processor, and pulse until evenly chopped but not smooth. Add the mayonnaise and mustard, and pulse until just combined.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Fold in the scallions, pickle, dill, chives, and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
